From Grass to Glass When you visit the farm you’ll often find our cows (or the girls) relaxing in the pasture, soaking up vitamin D and enjoying the beautiful Flint Hills. The ... moregrass and fed the girls eat has made an exceptional milk product that is best preserved in our signature glass bottles. Many of our glass bottles have been with us since the beginning, in 2008, and have been refilled 50+ times! This is one way that we create a sustainable farm that we hope we continue for future generations.

Customers can find our milk in more than 125 retail locations across the State of Kansas ranging from Lawrence to Colby and Wichita to Salina. We are grateful for the coffee shops that have chosen to have their product shine by using our milk in their many coffee drinks.

We'd love to schedule you on a tour. Visitors are also welcome to drop into our Farm Store which is open Monday-Saturday. When visiting the Farm Store, take a peek at the calves, watch bottle washing and bottling of the milk in the mornings Monday-Friday and enjoy an ice cream cone made with fresh milk and cream and pure vanilla extract.

We are proud to be the Fresh Brand. Local Brand. Hildebrand.

Cheers!

We are not new comers to the apple and farming industry having been involved in agriculture since high school. Our farm is frequently the site of tours for farmers and others interested ... morein agriculture in New Hampshire. In our cultural practices we are strong believers in integrated pest management with numerous traps placed, and monitoring techniques used in all crops on the farm. Somewhere at anytime on the farm we’ll have an experimental area, where in cooperation with University researchers, we are trying out new forms of crop management. We have and are now holding positions in the New Hampshire Farm Bureau Federation,S.P.A.C.E., and N.H.Stories.
Apple Hill Farm was recognized as a 2003 “Farm of Distinction” by the NH Department of Agriculture, Markets and Foods. And in 2013 they received the NH Farm Bureau's Award for Excellent Service in Agriculture and Rural Life!
We believe that what is wrong with today's food supply is that Americans have become to far removed from their food supply. They are not aware of where and how their food comes from. We are trying to change that trend. We welcome you to our farm at any time and encourage you to ask questions about how our crops are produced.

Our third generation family farm strives to preserve Maine’s open spaces and agricultural heritage.
Throughout the years Green Thumb Farms has seen many changes and experienced growth beyond our dreams. Although the farm is family-owned, we owe our success to the hard work and dedication of our loyal employees. Farming is a crucial part of the Fryeburg area economy, and we take deep pride in doing our part to sustain this great small community and the legacy of Maine agriculture.

Hand crafted with quality ingredients What makes our wines so special is that they provide flavor profiles that can not be found in any grape wines. The two largest factors that contribute ... moreto this is where we source our fruit from and the unique blending of grape wines with fruit wines. We have spent decades developing first, fruit wines and then fruit/grape wine blends and second, a network of local growers to source raw fruit from. We got there by small batch fermenting (as little as 3 gallons) and grass roots networking.

Enjoy our distinguished, award-winning wines.

Our wines are recognized internationally and are a favorite locally.

We have 15 varietals available for tasting at any time. Our wines run a full range, from dry (such as the Alaska Chardonnay, featuring rhubarb) to medium-bodied (the Blueberry Mirlo, a blend of Merlot and blueberry) and sweet (such as the Pomegranate wine or the Alaskan Port). Ask us about pairing suggestions: the Blu Zin goes well with chicken alfredo or tomato bisque, while the Strawberry Rhubarb goes well with honey glazed salmon, green salad with black pepper, and brie—all great inspirations to take a few bottles home.
